Terms of Service — Vire Wellness, LLC

1. Eligibility

Vire Wellness services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may not access or use Vire Wellness.

2. Nature of Services

Vire Wellness provides digital tools, guided programs, and self-reflection experiences designed to promote clarity, alignment, and personal growth. These tools are intended for educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, medical, or mental health treatment.

Participation in any Vire Wellness experience, including the Vire Quest, does not establish a therapist–client relationship between you and Vire Wellness, LLC, or any of its affiliates, contractors, or representatives.

If you are experiencing psychological distress or a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed mental health professional, call your local emergency services, or reach out to a mental health crisis hotline in your area.

3. Vire Quest Program

The Vire Quest is a self-guided, interactive program that delivers daily prompts, exercises, and reflections over a 30-day period. It is designed to support personal insight, growth, and behavioral alignment through guided self-inquiry.

The Vire Quest is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. All participation is voluntary, and users assume full responsibility for their actions and decisions based on insights gained through the program.

Vire Wellness, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Vire Quest or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Promotions

4.1 General Subscription Terms

Certain features of Vire Wellness, including the Vire Quest, may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.2 Promotional Offers and Trials

From time to time, Vire Wellness may offer free trials or promotional pricing for new users. These offers are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice.

4.3 Vire Quest Promotion Terms

By enrolling in a Vire Quest promotion, you agree to the following conditions in addition to all other provisions of these Terms:

• Beginning the Vire Quest as part of a promotion waives any free trial period, and yourmonthly subscription will start immediately upon beginning the Quest.
• To qualify for any subsequent promotional reward (for example, a complimentary second month), you must complete at least 30 consecutive days of Quest participation and use Vire for a minimum of 15 minutes per day during that time.
• Eligibility for promotional rewards will be determined by Vire Wellness, LLC based on platform activity data.
• Promotional terms are offered at the sole discretion of Vire Wellness, LLC and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
• All standard payment, renewal, and cancellation terms remain in effect.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Vire Wellness only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the platform.
• Attempt to access data or accounts without authorization.
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of our technology or content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Vire Wellness—including the Vire Quest, branding, written materials, and digital experiences—are the property of Vire Wellness, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Vire Wellness content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vire Wellness is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vire Wellness, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, app, or any related services.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver County, Colorad, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.

10. Modifications to Terms

Vire Wellness, LLC may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
