About Vire — And Why Dr. Sandra Built It

If you're here, something in the 10 Questions landed.

Maybe one of them stopped you. Made you pause longer than you expected. Named something you've been carrying quietly for longer than you'd like to admit.

That's not a coincidence. Those questions were written by someone who has spent 30 years watching high achievers do exactly what you're doing — functioning at a high level on the outside, running on empty on the inside, and finding no space that could hold both truths at once.

That someone is Dr. Sandra Thebaud. And this is why she built Vire.

Why I Built Vire

I've been a clinical psychologist for over 30 years — and a former Navy Psychologist — who spent decades watching high achievers carry invisible emotional weight while appearing strong, capable, and composed on the outside.

I didn't build Vire because therapy doesn't work.

I built it because even with therapy, coaching, mindfulness, or endless self-improvement… too many high-functioning people were still quietly exhausted — and had nowhere honest to put it.

People weren't broken.

They were disconnected from themselves.
Not from lack of effort — but from lack of clarity.

What I kept seeing over and over was this:
High achievers don't fall apart.
They quietly drift away from themselves.
And they hide it well.

They keep performing.
They keep producing.
They keep being the one everyone can depend on.

But inside?

Something feels wrong… even when life "looks right."

The Missing Piece

After decades of guiding high achievers, I realized the problem wasn't willpower, motivation, or discipline.

It was this: there was no space that was truly private, truly honest, and truly built for someone who wasn't in crisis — but wasn't okay either.

Therapy has a framework. Coaching has an agenda. AI tools interrupt you with disclaimers. Friends need you to be okay.

Most people aren't stuck because something is wrong with them. They're stuck because they can't hear themselves clearly enough — in any of the spaces available to them — to know what needs to change.

That's why I built Vire.

Not a therapy session. Not a productivity tool.

A private space to stop performing and finally be honest with yourself.

How Vire Works With You

Vire combines 30 years of psychological expertise with adaptive AI to help you:

name what you've been carrying that you haven't said out loud to anyone

understand what's underneath the exhaustion — not just manage it

see the emotional patterns you keep returning to, and why

reconnect with your own voice when everything else has been louder

take one honest next step — not a plan, not a prescription, just what's true

Your conversations with Vire meet you where you are — overwhelmed, numb, restless, quietly falling apart, or simply tired of performing wellness in spaces that still feel like an audience.

You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to be in crisis.

You just need a space that can hold what you're actually carrying.

Who Vire Is For

Vire is for high achievers who:

have already tried therapy — and found it too slow, too pathologizing, or too surface-level for where they actually are

show up fully for everyone else and have no private space to be honest about what they're carrying

lie awake wondering when their life stopped feeling like theirs

want to go deep without performing their healing for an audience

are done managing the gap between who they appear to be and who they actually are

If you've ever felt like you're not broken — but something is quietly off — Vire is for you.

Why This Matters

Private, honest self-reflection isn't a luxury.
It's the thing that makes everything else — the career, the relationships, the success — actually feel like yours.

You don't need to be fixed.

You need a space that's built for the version of you no one else sees.

That's what Vire was built for.
